Return & Refunds Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- We will only cover the cost of returns if your order was received in a defective state, damaged or have received the wrong items. All other returns will be shipped back to Little Moxy at buyer's expense unused in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging.
- Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
- Items must be returned unused in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging. It must have no visible signs of tear or use.
You can also contact us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number and your query.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure that they are in excellent working conditions. In the unlikely event that the items you receive are defective, damaged or are the wrong products, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and find a safe way to rectify it.
If your order is returned to us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
